Annual Town Meeting Article 15 seeks to transfer $3,019,043 from the town’s free cash reserves into the Pavement Management Stabilization Fund. The request is a major component of the town's ongoing efforts to maintain and repair local roadways.

Advisory and Finance Committee Chair Joseph Lai reported that the committee was fully in favor of the transfer. By a unanimous vote of 14 yes, zero no, and zero abstention, the adviser and finance committee recommends town meeting approve article 15, Lai said. The project represents one of the largest single-item maintenance requests on the April warrant.
